You can track your package directly from your "customer account"

To do so, you must:

- Go to "History of my orders details"
- Click on the "Details" button

A link will be available allowing you to follow the delivery of the package.
The tracking may not yet be available because when we confirm the shipment of your order, a delay of a few hours is required.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- How to return or exchange an item?

An item does not match you, or is not the right size? It could happen. You can return the item (s) new (s) with their product label (s), unwashed or used, keeping your invoice, in the 14 days after delivery, for a refund. Register your return by sending an email to info@byjoyce.fr in which you indicate your name, invoice number (which can be found on the invoice in your package), item and reason for the return.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund, within three weeks of delivering your package to the carrier, but in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This period includes transport, to receive your return (5 to 10 working days depending on the transport and service used as well as the time spent in customs), the time it takes us to process your return, once we have it. received (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

- My item is damaged, incorrectly delivered or incomplete. What to do ?

It happens, we're sorry, if there is a problem with your ordered items, you can send an email to info@byjoyce.fr


- Can I modify or cancel my order?

There is an error in your address information, ordered the wrong item or the wrong size? Email us, preferably as soon as possible after placing your order. We will then process your order.

- The product does not correspond to my order, what to do?

You can send us an email to info@byjoyce.fr, a photo of the model received and / or specifying the product not received in your package.
We will send you as soon as possible the product originally ordered as well as a prepaid return slip to return the product received in error.
